Anita Gioia is an Italian freelance professional photographer in the UK,

working for M.A.D. at AGP - London since 2012.

In 2000, she got a qualification (marks 30/30)

as a Professional Photographer (with a 400-hour in-person course),

by the Italian Region Lazio & the European Social Fund.

Since then, she started her job experience,

also teaching photography courses in middle and secondary public schools.

Besides, Anita holds a Level 7 Master's degree

with Distinction (Summa Cum Laude) in Humanities,

with a specialization in the Media Arts Department,

where she later joined a research team.

Over time, she got published books, ebooks, photobooks, essays,

and articles about photography as well, sometimes along with her photos too.

Soon after her MA, Anita completed a one-year Postgraduate II Level Master in Cultural Event Management, at the Faculty of Sociology

(as well attained at "La Sapienza" University of Rome).

Years of experience organizing cultural events,

niche ones, and large-scale as well,

gave her the chance to be around many events to photograph too (e.g. REF).

Therefore, in Rome - where she is originally from - the photographer specialized
